Mylène Farmer: Timeless 2013

A new live album by Mylène Farmer arrives in the stores today, following her tour which was probably one
of the most eagerly-awaited in France for some time.

The Timeless 2013 tour followed her Monkey Me studio collection that was released in 2012, and it started with ten nights at Bercy in Paris before moving around the country and beyond, with dates in Switzerland, Belarus, Russia and Belgium.

The tour came to an end last week on Friday December 6 in Nice.

The live album was recorded at her shows at the Halle Tony Garnier in Lyon on September  24, 25, 27 and  28.

It is her sixth live collection, and is a 2 CD affair, and includes the track Slipping Away(Crier  la Vie)  as a duet with Moby, and two tracks (Mad World and Les Mots) as a duet with Gary Jules.

While it features some of the songs of her last two studio albums, with number like Monkey Me, Bleu Noir and Oui...mais non, there's still room for some of her classics like Sans contrefaçon and Désenchantée.

A DVD of the tour is expected to be released next year.
