A gig in London tonight by C.A.R., and electro act I've featured before on this blog.
Chloé Raunet was previously part of Battant, a band that never got to realise their potential following the death of Joel Dever, Raunet's partner in the act, at the age of 25 in 2011.
She released The Idle Eyes EP under the C.A.R. name at the end of September last year, and since then the My Friend album has been released.
2015 saw the release of the four track Glock'D EP in March.
I caught C.A.R. live in Rennes in December, when they played as part of the Bars en Trans festival, where acts play the smaller venues of the city while the transmusicales festival is on.
C.A.R play at the Lock tavern on Chalk Farm Road.
